1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any service provided by tk10 (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tk10. They apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who accesses the Platform in any capacity. The Platform is available exclusively to users located in Bangladesh and who meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below.

tk10 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. The most current version will always be published on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use the tk10 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tk10 enforces a strict 21+ only policy and will not permit registration by any person under this age threshold.
• You must be a resident of, or physically located in, Bangladesh at the time of account registration and use.
• You must be acting as an individual in your own personal capacity and not as a representative, agent, or trustee of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any prior account suspension, ban, or exclusion imposed by tk10 or any affiliated platform.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on tk10. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or using alternate contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances or bonuses.

KYC Documentation

tk10 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in line with responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations. At any stage of your account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity — we may request identity verification documents. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by Bangladesh authorities. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. tk10 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You agree to notify tk10 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account. Acceptable credential practices include:

• Using a unique, strong password that is not reused across other online accounts.
• Never sharing your login credentials with any other person, regardless of their relationship to you.
• Logging out of the Platform when accessing it on shared or public devices.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

tk10 supports a range of payment methods widely used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as international card networks Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. tk10 reserves the right to reject deposits from accounts that do not match your registered identity.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Withdrawals to the same method used for deposit are preferred and may be required in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• tk10 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Typical processing times are within 24 hours, subject to verification requirements and banking schedules.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tk10 offers promotional bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free spin offers — subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. Bonuses are provided at tk10's absolute discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms, the standard wagering requirement is applied to the bonus amount. The following restrictions apply universally:

• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged, or converted into cash without meeting all applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of automated betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated multi-account play to exploit promotional offers — is prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances.
• tk10 reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings obtained through misrepresentation, fraud, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Responsible Gaming & Age Verification

tk10 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Gambling on this Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. We do not condone or facilitate gambling by minors under any circumstances. tk10 employs age verification procedures at account registration and reserves the right to conduct additional age checks at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the tk10 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violations may result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to exploit the Platform's games or systems.
• Colluding with other players, sharing account access, or participating in any form of coordinated betting designed to defraud the Platform or other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's software, source code, or underlying infrastructure.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform in any manner that facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial conduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tk10 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, data, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tk10 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform's content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, performed, or otherwise used for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of tk10.

The tk10 brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of tk10. Unauthorised use of any tk10 trademark — including using them in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, tk10 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, statutory duty, or any other legal theory, even if tk10 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tk10 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend access to the Platform at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or any other operational requirement without incurring liability to any user.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

tk10 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described therein. We implement SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls to safeguard your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the tk10 Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
